A synthesis of Ida Tarbell’s book “The Business of Being a Woman” and Chuck Palahniuk’s “Haunted.” The two texts interact and carry on a visual discussion as if both are separate characters performing on the same stage. Tarbell’s text is early feminist, while Palahniuk’s features characters representing bottom-feeders of our society–resulting in an interesting interaction.
An efficient and cost-effective, easy to use manual for Oregon State University’s Business Services division. The solution, was to create a tabbed guide—with each subsequent section larger than its previous for ease of use.

From concept to completion, our team created a strategy game called Islandia. The metaphor of the game is to reach each island and mine its resources. After mining the resources of all islands, whichever team delivers the goods to the center island–wins the game.
We were invited to participate with Islandia, in the National Gaming Convention in Las Vegas.
